Research Program Engineer
McFarland Avionics Building 129

Aaron Wilson has been employed by the Avionics Engineering Center since 1995. As an associate program engineer, Wilson has a background with the Microwave Landing System (MLS) critical areas for the azimuth and elevation antennas, MLS mathematical modeling, and data reduction and analysis of output of the MLS mathematical model. Wilson also has background involving RF issues with the Global Positioning System (GPS), Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS), VHF Data Broadcast (VDB), and the Instrument Landing System (ILS). His current duties involve managing both the Approach Lighting Systems and ILS programs.

Research Interests: approach lighting systems, ILS, GPS LAAS, MLS
