University Program Council to host ‘De-stress Fest’

91̽’s University Program Council (UPC) will be hosting a “De-stress Fest” in Baker University Center on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 5 to 7 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 6, from noon to 1 p.m.; and Thursday, Dec. 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. 

Designed to support students in the week leading up to finals, this three-day extravaganza will include comfort food and emotional support dogs as well activities like cupcake decorating, stress ball making and make your own beauty products (lotion, lip balm and body scrub). Five-minute massages and a chance to win prizes will also be available.

All of these opportunities are free and available to all OHIO students.

The University Program Council is a volunteer organization of students who work to bring innovative programs to 91̽ and the surrounding community. UPC’s primary goal is to provide fun, exciting, engaging and entertaining programs and events for all members of the OHIO community.
