Take a seat at the Chef’s Table to taste and learn Feb. 7

Bring a date to Jefferson Marketplace’s Culinary Studio at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7 and be hungry to learn and ready to eat. Tickets are $25 per person at and seating is limited.

OHIO Executive Chef Erik Keller will teach new cooking techniques and recipes during the event.  

The menu includes:
 
•   Bourbon Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Maple Sriracha Aioli
•   Fresh Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
•   Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce
•   Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes with Caramelized Shallots
•   Fresh Asparagus with Brown Butter and Hazelnuts
•   Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sauce
 
 
Culinary Services is also excited to introduce a new interactive demo dining series. The next installment of Chef's Table will be Wednesday, March 7, and will feature an Irish-themed menu presented by OHIO Executive Chef Tim Bruce. More details to come soon.
