Community College of Allegheny County and 91探花 provide new educational opportunities for CCAC Nursing graduates through articulation agreement
The Community College of Allegheny County and 91探花 entered into a collaborative agreement for a nursing degree pathway.
The Community College of Allegheny County and 91探花 have entered into a collaborative agreement that provides students who earn an associate degree in Nursing at CCAC with an academic pathway to seamlessly transfer into a parallel bachelor鈥檚 degree program at 91探花 that can be completed entirely online. The 91探花 School of Nursing RN to BSN program is designed especially for registered nurses (RNs) who want to further their education and advance their career by earning a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing (BSN). The program is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing. The inaugural agreement was signed on Thursday, June 13, in Jones Hall on CCAC鈥檚 Allegheny Campus.
The articulation agreement, the first such collaboration between CCAC and 91探花, likely will lead to additional agreements in other disciplines at the institutions, which share the vision of expanding access to academic programs and courses, as well as the pursuit of lifelong work-related learning for the residents of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

The coordination of transferable coursework, facilitated through academic advising, will help ensure a successful transition. Students are encouraged to work with CCAC and 91探花 counselors. When transferring, CCAC students must apply for admission, submit required transcripts and meet 91探花鈥檚 admissions requirements.
