OHIO Memories

Schwarz looks back at his time at OHIO fondly. He reminisces on the friends he made and, especially, his senior year of school. While at OHIO, he enjoyed writing for The Post, playing intramural hockey, and spending time with friends on Court Street.

“The relationships that I made and the friends that I have from OU are some of my favorite people on the planet. Each day at OU was special because of the people I surrounded myself with,” he says.

“My senior year, I was writing for The Post. I was chosen to write the cover article for the special homecoming issue that we released. Interviewing OU alumni was an absolute thrill. I got to hear countless stories about how much people loved being Bobcats. I felt like I instantly became a part of OU history”

“Also my senior year, OU made the NCAA Tournament, which was really exciting in itself. We played Georgetown in the first round of the tourney… nobody outside of Athens gave us much of a chance. We beat Georgetown by double digits and celebrated on Court Street all night.”
