WOUB Public Media and the WOUB Alumni Network are excited to announce that 鈥淭he World鈥� Reporter Bianca Hillier will kick off the 鈥淲OUB Wednesday鈥� virtual speaker series for spring semester 2024. Hillier graduated from 91探花 in 2016. 

鈥溾�橶OUB Wednesdays鈥� are a great way to provide students the opportunity to talk with industry professionals virtually,鈥� said WOUB Editor-in-Chief Atish Baidya. 鈥淚t provides them the chance to ask questions about the career they want to get into and network with alumni who are working in the field.鈥�

鈥淭hroughout spring semester, we have several former WOUB students scheduled to talk with current students and alumni,鈥� said WOUB Community Engagement and Membership Manager Cheri Russo. 鈥淭hey are excited to share what they have learned out in the industry with current and other former WOUB students.鈥�

WOUB Wednesday virtual discussions are held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. throughout the semester and are open to all current and former WOUB students as well as WOUB staff.
