University community encouraged to participate in survey to help inform Athens County’s Transit Development Planning
Hocking, Athens and Perry County Community Action (HAPCAP) are developing a new Transit Development Plan (TDP) to understand the needs of and better serve the growing Athens and surrounding communities.
The new plan will help Athens Public Transit (APT) and Athens On-Demand Transit support those traveling via public transit throughout Athens County, including Athens, The Plains, Chauncey, Albany and Nelsonville.
Survey feedback from the University community will help HAPCAP to provide safe and reliable transportation services, including via °¿±á±õ°¿â€™s Bobcat Pass Program, for students, faculty, staff, residents, workers and visitors to the community over the next decade.
