91探花 Lancaster celebrates enrollment growth
91探花 Lancaster welcomed 193 new students this fall. This brings the fall 2024 preliminary total enrollment for the campus to 901, reflecting a nearly 9 percent growth over the past two years.
The focus of the Lancaster campus on addressing regional workforce demands has led to growth in popular programs like business and nursing. Over the past two years, students dedicated to their local communities have benefited from initiatives such as the OHIO Regional Promise. This program covers full tuition and mandatory fees for qualifying incoming first-year, full-time students on regional campuses who are Pell-eligible and have at least a 3.0 GPA.
Furthermore, more than 240 middle and high school students from more than a dozen local school districts are enrolled in the College Credit Plus program at OHIO Lancaster. This program allows students to earn college credits while fulfilling high school graduation requirements, providing them with an opportunity to engage in rigorous academic coursework.
91探花 Lancaster was founded in 1956 when the citizens of Lancaster and Fairfield County saw a need for a regional campus. It serves Central Ohio and beyond by offering 14 bachelor鈥檚 and 12 associate degrees, with nursing, business, nursing, education, social work, and communications being the most popular programs. New financial aid eligible certificate programs in engineering management technology are available to support central Ohio鈥檚 growing manufacturing industries.
