New channel created to ask questions about TeamDynamix聽

OHIO IT employees are invited to post questions in the to learn more about the progress on enhancing and maturing our IT Service Management practices. In addition to replacing Footprints 12, this project will also introduce a client portal, configuration management database, problem and knowledge management, and tools for change enablement. Regular updates will be provided in the IT Weekly and All-IT Update meetings, informed in part by questions received in the new channel.
