TDX ticketing training details

TDX ticketing training is now available on the TeamDynamix Technician Training page, including video training and a demo service request ticket to complete prior to attending a live training session.
The video training and demo ticket require approximately 90 minutes to complete prior to the live training. Those who were identified by their manager to complete supplemental reporting training have been notified via email and should allow an additional 25 minutes for the reporting videos.
Choose one of the following live training sessions to attend. Required attendees will receive calendar invites:
- Monday, June 28 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 30 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, July 1 9-11 a.m.
Optional Q&A sessions will be offered the week of July 5:
- Tuesday, July 6 4-5 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 7 1-2 p.m.
- Thursday, July 8 9-10 a.m.
- Friday, July 9 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
IT service management enhancements will launch to the campus community on July 26. All campus users will be able to submit and track incident and service request tickets using a form at the public-facing client hub. Please direct any questions to the .
