Advising community:

Below in this email are important updates about priority registration for Spring Semester 2024-25, which begins Monday, October 28, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern. Please share this information as appropriate and reach out with any questions.

Registration details

  • Registration times (enrollment appointment times) are assigned to students based on accumulative hours earned, as of Monday, September 9, 2024.
  • Faculty and staff assigned as the official advisors or faculty mentors have access to view the enrollment appointment time of their advisees in the Faculty and Advising Center.
  • Once a student鈥檚 registration time begins (and the registration hold is cleared for undergraduate students鈥攕ee below), the student may register at that time or any time thereafter using the MyOHIO Student Center.

Undergraduate student only

  • Undergraduate degree-seeking students receive a priority registration hold for each major on their record. They may register after their advisor has cleared the priority registration hold through the Faculty & Advising Center.
  • If an undergraduate student is pursuing more than one major, the student must have their hold cleared by the advisor (or designee) of each major. The student will not be permitted to register until the holds have been released for all majors.

Additional resources

Two reports are now available on the Registrar website:

  • Registration Schedule for Spring Semester 2024-25: This report can be used to help students determine when they can register for classes. It lists the time (by hours earned) at which the student may begin to register in their MyOHIO Student Center.
  • Priority Registration Projections for Spring Semester 2024-25: This report includes the following information: This report can be used by the academic and advising communities to understand when certain groups of students will be eligible to begin registering, and how many students remain to be released to register at a future time.

Re-enrollments

  • If you process Reenrollment forms you may begin doing so now for spring semester.
  • Our office will be assigning enrollment appointments on a daily basis for term-activations processed during the advising and priority registration period.
  • If you do not see an appointment, please check by the end of the next day.

Please share this email and the Registration Access Schedule reports from the website with others who support advising at 91探花.
