With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, Nancy is passionate and devoted to ensuring student access, advancing diversity and inclusion and fostering career development.

Prior to her current role in Career Services, Nancy served in Undergraduate 91探花s, first in the role of transfer credit articulation analyst and then as senior assistant director for diversity recruitment.

Nancy is a proud OHIO alumna who earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in journalism and advertising management. She earned a master鈥檚 degree in psychology, diversity management and master鈥檚 certificate in adult learning and development from Cleveland State University.
