Anna Kay is an experienced talent professional with a demonstrated history of working in the technology and services industries. She successfully leads transformation teams and programs by quickly building relationships to create innovative, data driven, user centric solutions. Her passion is to engage and empower colleagues with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion to surpass business priorities.

Anna Kay leads Cushman and Wakefield Services’ (CWS) People Partnering Team covering 14,000 employees across 600 diverse clients through 600M SF in United States and Canada. She curates talent analytics and insights to strengthen the company’s brand and impact by enriching and implementing talent best practices. Anna Kay is raising the value of facility services by creating exceptional employee experiences. Anna Kay previously was Frontier Communications’ Vice President of People Operations, leading the experience strategy for the company’s 15,000 employees. Driving the organization’s people and technology agendas through coordination with Corporate Real Estate, she led the selection of a new 100K SF Dallas hub and subsequent design firm. Anna Kay also served as the company’s HR Business Partner Director supporting the Chief Information Technology and Network Organizations.

Anna Kay was Hilton’s HR Global Digital Platform Governance and Strategy Corporate Director for 400,000 employees. She guided a team to design and operationalize the internal HR platform governance, strategy, steering committees and communications for maximum employee benefit and engagement. Anna Kay also worked at Keurig Dr. Pepper as the HR Talent Development and Learning Director. She led a team to create the enterprise strategy, framework, governance and tools to inspire a learning culture for 21,000 employees.

Anna Kay worked at AT&T for 15+ years in several organizations. She led the Chief Data Office Collegiate Talent Strategy and was responsible for growing the STEM pipeline and creating a best in class employee experience to attract and retain talent. Before joining AT&T’s Chief Data Office, she worked in HR on the Future Ready Team to equip employees for the future. Anna Kay created workforce transformation programs for 65,000 employees’ skills pivot by collaborating to establish the competencies needed to remain competitive and relevant. Anna Kay also held various positions in AT&T’s Corporate Real Estate Organization, as a regional lead for the workplace transformation initiative and as the organization’s Program Management Office lead on a major merger team. She previously held various Chief of Staff roles in Business Marketing and HR and successfully completed AT&T’s Financial Leadership Development Program.

In addition to her tenure at AT&T, Anna Kay worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York City, where she was a risk advisor specializing in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications verticals.

Anna Kay graduated from Fordham University with a Masters of Business Administration and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from 91̽»¨.
