Scholarships and Awards
Funds for academically talented and creatively gifted students are offered by 91̽»¨ through a variety of scholarships. In fact, 95% of OHIO's first-year students received financial aid in 2017–18.
According to the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, $11 million was awarded to first-year students in fall 2018.

Excellence AwardsFirst-year students are eligible to apply for 91̽»¨ Excellence Awards, a set of merit and need-based scholarships that recognizes academic excellence and contributions.

Next Generation AwardsNext Generation Awards are available to first year, non-ohio residents who are children of OHIO alumni. Worth the value of the non-Ohio resident surcharge for students enrolled in 12-20 credit hours, and renewable for up to eight undergraduate semesters for freshman students and four undergraduate semesters for transfer students (3.0 GPA required).

Legacy ScholarshipThis scholarship was created in 2003 for children and grandchildren of OHIO alumni to continue the family Bobcat tradition. Candidates must be an undergraduate for the upcoming school year with at least one direct lineage 91̽»¨ graduate (parent, stepparent, grandparent, great-grandparent etc.). Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.7. Award: $1,000 given per class (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior).

Cutler Scholars ProgramCutler Scholars is a four-year renewable scholarship program that recognizes 15 students for their intellectual curiosity, leadership, civic responsibility, and character. Cutler Scholars are required to participate in enrichment experiences such as outdoor leadership retreats, internships, study abroad, and more.

Deans Scholarships
Our students strive for excellence. 91̽»¨'s College of Business offers nearly $185,000 in Deans Scholarships to current students. Deans Scholarships are based on academic merit and seniority. Current students will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships when the next application is open. Award: $1,250
Endowed Scholarships
College of Business endowed scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors. The College of Business awards nearly $225,000 in endowed scholarships to current students who have demonstrated strong academic merit at the annual College of Business Student Awards Banquet. Current students will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships when the next application is open. Award: Varies based on donor contribution.
Global Consulting Program and Study Abroad Scholarships
Experience business in a cross-cultural environment. The College of Business offers need-based scholarships for current students participating in the Global Consulting Program. Eligibility is based on data provided in the FAFSA.
Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships
KeyBank Scholars
KeyBank and OHIO’s College of Business have partnered to offer 15 diverse students a scholarship that is evenly dispersed over four years. Students in this program will participate in professional development activities to gain the leadership, communication, and professional skills needed to successfully transition into the workplace and become future global leaders. Award: $8,000
Ms. Beatrice Selotlegeng Scholarship
The Ms. Beatrice Selotlegeng Scholarship awards a scholarship that can be awarded up to four years. Recipients will be required to maintain academic excellence and participate in student organizations and monthly meetings with the COB Assistant Director for Diversity and Inclusion. Award: $2,000
