By studying this specialty now, you’ll set yourself up for success and professional prosperity for decades to come — not to mention a healthy salary wherever you work!

Other business majors study business analytics so they can learn more about people, economics or other interconnected systems. The truth lies in data, and OHIO’s business analytics degree program gives you the tools and specialized knowledge you need to parse that data and come to conclusions for yourself and your employer. The OHIO Experience for Business Analytics Majors

Classroom instruction is essential, but so is giving students the real-life tools and abilities they need to thrive in their chosen careers. OHIO’s business analytics program provides you with ample opportunities to put your new skills to the test. You’ll start practicing with the techniques, methodologies and software tools in the data analytics industry right from the start and be a master sooner than you think.

Because the business analytics program requires you to co-major, it offers you the chance to specialize your education or design your degree program according to your interests. That means freedom for you personally, plus a meaningful way to distinguish yourself from other soon-to-be grads.

For example, maybe you’ll co-major in management information systems to double down on strategic skills and tech-savviness in the business sector. However, many students also opt to major in marketing, business economics, entrepreneurship and more. Each co-major choice is a different way to define yourself and acquire valuable skills that will suit you well in your future career.
