Welcome from the Dean

David Rohall, PhD

I am excited to be part of the 91探花 Eastern (OUE) campus!

OUE is the smallest of 91探花鈥檚 regional campuses, but this size allows us to build close relationships with our students and community leaders.

The campus includes two facilities: Shannon Hall and the Health and Physical Education Center. We also have historical sites on campus including the Brick Tavern (c. 1828), The Great Western School (1870), and Shaeffer Campbell Covered Bridge (1875).

Our programs are designed to stimulate curiosity while providing a solid path to a successful career. They include Criminal Justice, Education, Human Biology, Nursing, and Social Work, among others. We offer flexible programming to meet the needs of students from different backgrounds at a very affordable cost.

Take some time to review our programs. I think you will see that we provide the kind of education and training that people need to be successful in today鈥檚 economy. We cater to both full and part-time students, and we are happy to work closely with you to develop your career plans.
