91̽»¨ Lancaster offers a variety of spaces available for reservation, including classrooms, promotional spaces, an art gallery, a theatre, and a gymnasium.  These spaces can be used for meetings, training sessions, conferences, and more.

All users of 91̽»¨ Lancaster's facilities must adhere to university rules, regulations, and policies, as well as applicable state and federal laws, including fire and police department regulations.

During the academic year, 91̽»¨ Lancaster's facilities prioritize events and activities for students, faculty, and staff. All requests (both university-affiliated and non-affiliated) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided there is available space, staffing, and resources.

Additional Considerations

During peak academic times, university holidays and other high-demand periods, event spaces may have limited availability. Please contact the Dean's Office to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them. The following are times when space may be unavailable:

  • Winter Break Closure (typically occurs around December 25 - January 1)
  • Spring Break (typically occurs in March)
  • Week of Spring Graduation Recognition Ceremonies (typically held in May)
  • First full week before Fall Semester (typically occurs in August)
  • First week of Fall and Spring Semesters (typically occurs in August and January)
