Our Mission
Emergency Medicine Club is a group of Heritage College students, as well as supportive faculty and staff, who work to expose members to emergency medicine and related topics through a variety of lectures and laboratories. The organization's goals are to familiarize its members with emergency medicine and osteopathic medicine, encourage advancement in diagnostic skills, provide awareness to health and safety and contribute to the overall education of its members.

Services Provided
This club will provide connections, skills labs, and volunteer opportunities to help students better understand the profession of emergency medicine as well as build skills for 3rd and 4th year rotations. The club participates in a volunteer opportunity at South Pointe Hospital to allow for students to aid in services to patients in the emergency department.

- Intubation Clinic - collaborate with METRO residents (potential in combination with clinical skills day)
- Stop the Bleed
- Auscultation Clinic - collaborate with ACOS
- Host a paramedic to speak on the collaboration of emergency medicine with EMS
- ACLS simulation
