The Association of Women Surgeons is dedicated to the mission of inspiring and supporting women in all stages of medical training and to inspire, encourage, and enable female surgeons to achieve their personal and professional goals.

- Fall welcome meeting
- Surgery and slices Mixer with ACOS, SAOAO, and Surgery and Sports Medicine clubs (Fall)
- Beginner suture clinic - in conjunction with ACOS, SAOAO, Surg & Sports Medicine, EM, and Dermatology clubs (Fall)
- AWS Women Surgeons Panel
- Advanced Suture Clinic - in conjunction with ACOS, SAOAO, Surg & Sports Medicine, EM, and Dermatology clubs (Spring)
- DO Day of Service (Spring)
