Driving Directions

OHIO Museum Complex and the Kennedy Museum of Art are located in Athens, Ohio, 75 miles southeast of Columbus at the junction of US Rtes. 33 and 50. Follow the highway to OH-682 N. Enter the rotary. Drive halfway around, exiting at the second exit to continue on Rte. 682. Turn left onto North Ridge Drive. Turn left onto East Circle Drive. OHIO Museum Complex and the Kennedy Museum of Art are on the right.

Parking

The Museums strive to provide multiple parking options for our customers, and we encourage you to review the options listed below and determine the best option that suits your needs. All noted parking lot/areas may be viewed on the Campus Parking Map.

Disability Parking â€”There are available disability parking spaces located within lot 200, which is across the street from the Museum entrance. Please ensure you have a valid disability permit displayed when utilizing these spaces as they are for our valued guests with a disability.

Free Visitor Spaces â€”There are four free visitor spaces located within lot 200, which is directly across the street from the main entrance to the Museum. These spaces are signed as Museum Visitor Parking and are for use by you, our valued guests. These spaces are located next to the disability spaces within the lot.

Park Mobile Parking â€”Park Mobile is a convenient method in which guests may pay for their parking using their smart phone or by calling a number. This allows guests to park in Park Mobile designated areas without the need to carry coins for meters. Guests are encouraged to set up their Park Mobile account prior to their visit to expedite their parking process when arriving on campus and avoid frustration trying to set up an account at the same time parking is needed. To set up your account, please go to . Once you have set up your account, parking in a Park Mobile area is a breeze! Customers simply select the Park Mobile Zone in which they are parking, select the amount of time they wish to pay/park, and start their transaction. It’s that simple! Every space within lot 200 is available for Park Mobile—not just the metered spaces. Therefore, guests may pay for parking in any non-restricted space within this entire lot. The Park Mobile zone for lot 200 is 1315. Guests who do not have a smartphone may call 1-877-727-5009 to start a transaction.

Metered Parking â€”There are 6 metered spaces within lot 200. While Park Mobile may be used as a method of payment within these spaces, meters are provided for guests who do not wish to use Park Mobile and prefer the coin method. Guests will see three meters as each meter services two spaces. Please be sure to select left/right when paying for your parking space. All meters accept Quarters only.
