Ohio Today fall issue available online, on campus
The fall 2023 issue of Ohio Today, 91̽»¨â€™s alumni magazine, is out and available to OHIO alumni, faculty and staff online at ohio.edu/magazine. A limited number of hard copies of the magazine are also available for pick-up at the following distribution points on each OHIO campus:
- Athens Campus – Copies are available at the fourth-floor guest services desk at Baker University Center and in the second-floor vestibule of Alden Library.
- Chillicothe Campus – Copies are available in the Dean’s Office.
- Cleveland Campus – Copies are available in the Cleveland HCOM lobby.
- Dublin Campus – Copies are available in the Dean’s Suite (Suite 350) of Medical Education Building 1 and in the Dean’s Suite (Suite 230) of the Dublin Integrated Education Center.
- Eastern Campus – Copies are available in the Dean’s Office.
- Lancaster Campus – Copies are available in the Dean’s Office.
- Southern Campus – Copies are available in the Dean’s Office.
- Zanesville Campus – Copies are available outside the Dean’s Office and inside the suite of faculty offices.
Some highlights of the fall issue include:
- What Matters is What’s Working – A look at OHIO’s 23rd president, Dr. Lori Stewart Gonzalez, and her priorities for her tenure. Plus, get to know President Gonzalez with our list of 23 thing to know about our 23rd president.
- Anniversaries abound in 2023 – We explore some of them in 100 Years of Journalism Education, Time Machine: Soldiers and Sailors Monument, Nurturing Innovation (celebrating the Innovation Center’s 40th birthday), and A Century in the Making, our cover story on the OHIO marching band.
- A Healing Touch – Dr. Andrew Yuan, DO ’87, discusses how a physical disability and his time at OHIO informed his approach to physiatry.
- Cultivating Excellence – How a generous gift from Keith Wandell, BBA ’72, and his wife, Deborah, is instilling quality leadership practices in OHIO students.
