Dr. Kimberly Rouse, Ph.D., LISW first began her tenure in the Office of the Dean of Students in 2022 as Assistant Dean of Students. She has served as Associate Dean of Students since November 2023. In this role she oversees the University鈥檚 CARE team and Basic Needs Program. 

Prior to her Associate Dean Role, Rouse served as Director of the 91探花 Survivor Advocacy Program for 8 years. A three-time 91探花 graduate,鈥疜im received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in psychology, her master鈥檚 degree in 鈥痵ocial 鈥痺ork, and her Ph.D. in higher education and student affairs. She has a wide range of experience in counseling, supervision, mental health, advocacy and trauma informed care. 

Outside of work, you can find Kim鈥痯laying pickleball, wake surfing, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her daughter.
