THRIVE Well-Being Workshop Series

THRIVE Workshop Series

THRIVE is OHIO鈥檚 student-focused well-being initiative. We understand that no two students or their relationship with well-being are exactly alike, and college life can sometimes be busy and stressful. These well-being workshops are meant to reinforce what it means to THRIVE in your personal well-being as a college student at 91探花. 

Choose from any (or all) of our workshop options below to submit a request for our Well-Being Coaches to come and present on these topics to you and a group of students. These workshops are available and FREE for student organizations, learning communities, academic classes, or ANY group of students interested in participating. 

  • THRIVE 101: A Guide for the Mind, Body, & Soul

    A workshop designed to connect you to the various well-being resources available to students on 91探花's Campus. In this presentation, you will also learn more about the University's well-being initiative, THRIVE.

  • A Bobcat with a Purpose

    This workshop will provide you with strategies you can implement to help identify and recognize your purpose. Along with this, you will learn how to put your purpose into action as a student at 91探花.

  • Becoming Brick Strong

    During your time at 91探花, you will be faced with adversity. This workshop will help you feel more confident in your approach to navigating challenging situations that you may encounter in your personal and academic life.

  • Building Healthy Relationships

    This workshop will help you identify characteristics of healthy relationships and provide guidance on setting boundaries within them. You'll come away with some strategies for creating and maintaining positive connections as a student at 91探花. 

  • Fueling Your Sense of Achievement

    Recognizing your personal accomplishments is not easy for everyone to do. In this workshop, you will learn how to celebrate your achievements, both big and small...to keep you moving forward!
