Through excursions and activities, discover how women鈥檚 suffrage and World War I shaped modern literature and culture. Walk in the footsteps of Virginia Woolf鈥檚 characters on a Mrs. Dalloway tour, visit the National Portrait Gallery, and see history come alive at the Imperial War Museum and the Museum of London. See iconic London sites such as Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament.

Multi-Country: Rhetorics of Remembering in Germany, Czech Republic, France, and Poland
Tour four of Europe鈥檚 most beautiful cities鈥擝erlin, Krakow, Prague, and Paris鈥攁s you hone your writing abilities. This program鈥檚 essential question is How do cultures use public acts of remembering to construct their histories? To shape cultures? As we travel across Europe we鈥檒l examine a wide variety of public acts of remembering including memoirs, museums, monuments, and historic sites. The majority of the sites we鈥檒l encounter are connected to the Holocaust and World War II鈥攅vents that had and continue to have global ramifications.
