Counseling and Psychological Services - Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ Services and Resources
91̽ Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ students are eligible for FREE, 24/7 access to TimelyCare, a virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students (see eligibility requirements below). As part of 91̽’s partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to:
- TalkNow: 24/7, on demand emotional support.
- Scheduled Counseling: Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice (6 visits per year).
- Health Coaching: Support for developing healthy behaviors.
- Self-Care Content: 24/7 access to self-care tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.
Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ students can access TimelyCare services 365 days a year through mobile app or desktop with their OHIO email address, and insurance is not needed.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrolled in the current semester for at least one program through either OHIO Online™ or one of the Regional Campuses
- 18yrs+
- High school graduate
Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ students additionally have access to:
- Crisis services available to all
- Online and self-help resources: Togetherall, WellTrack, mindfulness resources, a resources directory, and a provider search
- Services and resources by campus

Free, 24/7, Confidentialserves anyone in any type of crisis, providing them access to free, 24/7 emotional support and information they need via the medium they already use and trust: text. Here’s how it works:
- Someone texts into Crisis Text Line anywhere, anytime, about any type of crisis.
- A live, trained specialist receives the text and responds quickly.
- The specialist helps the person stay safe and healthy with effective, secure counseling and referrals through text message using Crisis Text Line’s platform.

TogetherallA free, online and anonymous community providing students a safe space to talk to their peers.

WellTrack BoostA self-guided, interactive online therapy program. Students can monitor their moods, learn how to manage anxious and depressive thoughts and behaviors, or hang out in the zen room.

MindfulnessMindfulness is a useful practice for developing relaxation skills and a sense of inner harmony and well-being.
