Pregnancy and Related Conditions (Students)
The form at the link below may be used by students to request reasonable modifications based on the following:
- pregnancy, childbirth, termination of pregnancy, or lactation,
- medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, termination of pregnancy, or lactation, and
- recovery from pregnancy, childbirth, termination of pregnancy, lactation, or related medical conditions.
When you submit the form, a staff member from Equity and Civil Rights Compliance will contact you by email and work to identify reasonable modifications and other measures designed to ensure your equal access to 91探花's education program and activities.
