The Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct Grievance Process will be used to adjudicate alleged violations of 91探花 Policy 03.004, which provides the rationale, basis, scope, and jurisdiction of the policy, as well as, relevant definitions. Further, Policy 03.004 details behaviors prohibited by the policy; gives information about reporting incidents of sexual harassment, other sexual misconduct, and retaliation; and provides other important information regarding 91探花鈥檚 response to these prohibited behaviors. 91探花 Policy 03.004 may be found at /policy/03-004.

This process provides for a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation and resolution of allegations made against students, student organizations and groups, faculty members, administrators, staff members, and trustees and officers of 91探花.  The Title IX Coordinator and the staff in University Equity and Civil Rights Compliance (ECRC) are responsible for the management and implementation of this process.
