ONCA supports international undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent alumni, who apply for the following awards:

Awards for summer research, internships, and study abroad:

Amgen Scholars Program

Offers summer biotechnology research opportunities at four institutions across Asia.

DAAD RISE - Research Internships in Science and Engineering

Summertime internships with German doctoral students at universities and research institutions. No German language skills are required.

Humanity in Action Fellowship

Brings together international groups of students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, France, Greece, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the United States for a month-long summer program on human rights and democracy in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Berlin, Copenhagen, Sarajevo, or Warsaw.

Awards for undergraduate and graduate school tuition, research, and creative activity:

BMI Student Composer Award

Awards for vocal, instrumental, and/or electronic classical music compositions made by students who are citizens of a country in the Western Hemisphere.

Byron Hanke Fellowship

Awards graduate students implementing research projects related to developing, managing, and governing 鈥渃ommon-interest communities鈥 and housing developments.

Chevening Scholarships

Provides two years of funding for graduate study in the United Kingdom.

Elie Wiesel Prize in Ethics

An essay competition for sophomores and juniors writing about a particular ethical issue they have encountered.

Gates Cambridge Scholarship

A highly selective and prestigious award open to students who are a citizen of any country outside the United Kingdom and who are interesting in applying to pursue a graduate or PhD education at the University of Cambridge.

Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program

Provides full funding for graduate study at Stanford University.

La Unidad Latina

Awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students residing in the United States who are dedicated to the civic empowerment of Latino communities.

Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship

Funds graduate school in the U.S. for "new Americans" (green card holders or naturalized citizens if born abroad; a child of naturalized citizens if born in this country).

Rhodes Global Scholarship

Provides support for two years of graduate study at the University of Oxford to exceptional students from around the globe.

Schwarzman Scholars Program

Provides a one-year leadership program for future leaders at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
