Second Stage Membership
The Second Stage Membership Program is a tiered membership program for companies that have progressed past the startup stage but are still in need of resources that the Innovation Center provides. Acceptance of new members is based on space availability and resource allocation and is assessed on a case-by-case basis by Innovation Center leadership. À la carte offerings may also be available on a case-by-case basis, by request.
Basic Tier: ($8,500 per year)
Private Small Office: This membership covers the unlimited use of a single desk sized office for one year.
Conference Space: This membership also offers use of conference room(s), based on schedule availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 8 hours per month.
Inclusion in Innovation Center Networking Events and/or Trainings
Economy Tier: ($17,000 per year)
Private Medium Office: This membership covers rental on a single medium office for 1 year (unlimited access to accommodate up to 3 people).
Conference Space: This membership also offers use of conference room(s), based on availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 16 hours per month. Inclusion in Innovation Center Networking Events and/or Trainings
Additional Benefits:
• U.S.P.S. Mailbox
• Amplification of company promotion on all IC channels
Mid-Level Tier: ($30,000 per year)
Private Large or Multiple Office Space: This membership covers rental on a single large office or multiple small to medium offices for 1 year (unlimited access to accommodate up to 6 people).
Conference Space: This membership also offers use of conference room(s), based on schedule availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 32 hours per month

Advanced Tier: ($35,000 per year)
Private Largest or Multiple Office Space: This membership covers rental on a single large office or multiple small to medium offices for 1 year (unlimited access to accommodate up to 12 people).
Conference Space: This membership also offers use of conference room(s), based on schedule availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 32 hours per month.
Inclusion in Innovation Center Networking Events and/or Trainings
Additional Benefits:

• Amplification of company promotion on all IC channels
• An annual company feature in newsletter
• Third-party service provider concierge services
• Access to university faculty and students for company-paid talent acquisition and/or beneficial collaboration.
• A dedicated student internship vetted and paid by the Innovation Center is available for an additional $12,000/year.
Conference Space Only:
Basic: ($5,000 per year) Use of conference room(s), based on schedule availability, (up to 40- person maximum attendees), for up to 8 hours per month.
Economy: ($10,000 per year) Use of conference room(s), based on availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 16 hours per month.
Advanced: ($19,500 per year) Use of conference room(s), based on schedule availability, (up to 40-person maximum attendees), for up to 32 hours per month.
Office Space Only: (+/- $15,000-20,000 per year) Members are billed monthly. Fees are based on space use rates and are subject to an annual increase based on market rates analysis.
Lab Bench Space Only: (+/- $25,000 per year) Members are billed monthly. Exact cost depends on space availability, size, and/or regulatory requirements. Fees are based on space use rates and are subject to an annual increase based on market rates analysis.
Full Lab Space Use Only: (+/- $40,000 per year) – Members are billed monthly. Exact cost depends on space availability and size. Fees are based on space use rates and are subject to an annual increase based on market rates analysis
