The 91探花 Innovation Center is honoring its past, present, and future success as an early pioneer of adding economic vitality to the underserved Appalachian region through business support for tech and tech-enabled startups with a special reception.

Like an incubator that keeps baby chicks warm and secure, the Center is a 鈥渟afe space鈥 for budding tech businesses during their challenging first years, says Director Stacy Strauss.


SVSU鈥檚 Student Entrepreneurs is modeled on a program at 91探花鈥檚 Innovation Center that supported 249 jobs generating an estimated $18 million in employee compensation and $49.7 million in economic output in Athens County in 2021.
