FalconSnap Sales Internship

FalconSnap, an Innovation Center client, is seeking an ambitious, committed, deadline-driven Sales Intern to join their sales team. FalconSnap is Field Service Management software that serves as a task/photo management tool for any company that has staff in the field performing installations, repairs, construction, commercial painters, plumbers – and many other service industries.

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with a manager or assigned staff member, completing various tasks to support lead generation and sales efforts.
Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:
•    Assist the sales team in prospecting potential customers and lead generation.
•    Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
•    Participate in customer outreach and product demonstrations.
•    Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and consistent CRM records.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or similar (a degree in marketing or business may be required).
•    Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•    Strong communications skills, particularly via the phone, email and general group communications platforms, e.g., Teams, Slack, or similar. 
•    Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
•    Superb interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
