The Professional Development Pathways (PDP) Emotional Intelligence course is now available via Microsoft Teams.

A Professional Pathways Customer Service Skills Certificate is now available. This program is designed to improve knowledge and skills associated with building, maintaining, and improving customer service connections and relationships.

University Human Resources, the Division of Diversity and Inclusion, the Office for University Accessibility, Equity and Civil Rights Compliance, and a number of other University stakeholders have partnered to establish new guidelines for recruitment and selection of faculty and staff at OHIO. 

The FFCRA and all related leave allowances expired Dec. 31, 2020, University Human Resources recognizes that employees will likely continue to face unique leaves and flex needs throughout the remainder of the pandemic. 

As you know, OHIO’s top priority is to become a national leader for diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where difference in all of its forms is welcomed and celebrated. We invite you to actively contribute to our progress by voluntarily self-identifying in a variety of areas to help more accurately determine the diversity of our workforce.

The PDP program offers the Benefits Offerings course to introduce the types of benefits offered to OHIO faculty and staff, the eligibility requirements, and where to find specific resources regarding these benefits.   

University Human Resources will only be responding to urgent issues during Winter Break Closure and Mandatory Furlough Days from December 21st through January 5th.

University Human Resources would like to remind eligible University employees of the upcoming mandated furlough days for FY21. 

As we near the end of the fall semester, we are providing some details about what to expect as we move toward the spring.
