Legal and Institutional Reporting Options
Students of 91探花 who feel they have been a victim of a crime have the right to report the incident(s) to law enforcement and/or the University. SAP advocates can help you understand your reporting options, explain the processes and accompany you throughout whichever process(es) you choose.
91探花鈥檚 Sexual Misconduct, Relationship Violence, and Stalking Policy outlines actions that are prohibited per University policy and can be investigated by the Office of Equity and Civil Rights Compliance and/or the Office of Community Standards and Student Responsibility
The provides information on criminal violations within the state of Ohio. These crimes can be reported to the law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction where the crime occurred. The Survivor Advocacy Program can assist you with locating the appropriate law enforcement agency to report to.
91探花 Title IX Reporting
To report a violation of 91探花鈥檚 Sexual Misconduct, Relationship Violence, and Stalking Policy to the Office of Equity and Civil Rights Compliance, complete this . Once this is completed, the survivor will be contacted for a resources and options meeting. A SAP advocate can attend this meeting (and any further meetings) with the survivor to provide support and answer questions they may have throughout the process. Report to Law Enforcement
For emergencies, dial 911. You have the option to report the crime to law enforcement. An advocate can accompany you in filing a report.
